Wondering if you've seen my new site http://sharemyalbum.com. It lets customize your picasa web albums really easily. You put in your google account and select which of your albums you want to customize, then you're all set. You can change a lot of stuff about the album, background picture, colors of links, use one of our existing themes, etc.
